Terms of Service

(PREMADES)

We accept payments via Paypal, split into two invoices as we are a team of two makers. We do not offer payment plans for premades.
Shipping
Shipping cost are the responsibility of the client and will be calculated based on location and package size. We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during shipping. Insurance is always calculated into the costs (unless not avaliable).
Design changes
Each of our premades is considered a finished product, so we won’t offer alterations upon request. However, you are totally free to cuomize and modify your piece after purchase.
Sizing
Please double-check all size specifications for desired premade before buying. We will not refund you for picking the wrong size.
Age
We work only with adults. If you are a minor, ask for your parent or guardian’s assiance. We will not consciously trade with underage clients.
Safety
Be advised that prolonged wear may cause health issues due to heat and limited ventilation. Vision through the mask is restricted. Remember to take regular breaks. We are not responsible for harm caused by extended use, as well as harm caused by being poor-sighted.
Repairs and warranty
We are not responsible for the damage caused by improper handling (see our care guide) as well as normal wear over time. However if different issue arises, we may offer a free repair, though you will need to cover shipping cost. We also created First aid guide, which might help you with some issues. Overall we recommend to seek help locally, as international shipping is always risky and stressful. We cannot take responsibility for repairs done by third parties or the client.
Quality
Though we strive to provide the be quality, our produs are hand made, and so may contain small flaws and asymmetry. Please make note of that.
Rights
Misrepresentation of autorship is prohibited. Please credit Woodland Wonders when sharing photos or videos of your costume. We reserve the right to use our own images of all premades for promotional purposes.
Privacy Satement
If you commision us, your private info such as your adress and name will not be stored or sold to third parties in any way. Your info will only be used to complete and ship your order.

(COMMISIONS)

Last updated: 08.12.2025By commissioning us, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms protect both our clients and our two-person team and help ensure a smooth and fair commission process.
The correspondance according your commision will be taking place exclusevly via e-mail.1. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are offered free of charge. You can ask for them through our commision & quote form.
Every commission receives an individual price quote based on the character complexity.
Quotes apply only to the current commission batch. Prices may change in future.
Major design changes or added features may affect the final price.
2. Commission Slots & Payments
We open a limited number of slots per batch to prevent work overload and maintain order.
A slot is officially yours after the small deposit (5 Euro) is paid and the booking form is completed.The deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your place in the schedule.
Remaining payments follow an agreed schedule. Missing a payment may result in losing your slot and deposit.
3. Payment Plan Policy
Payment plans are available only for full commissions, not for premades or small add-ons.The payment plan structure will be agreed upon individually before work begins.
All payments must be made on time.
If a payment is late, work on the project will immediately pause until payment is made.
If a payment is late by more than 14 days, your commission may be cancelled and a refund will be granted depending on the stage of our work.
The item will not be shipped until 100% of the total price is paid.
4. Queue Rules
Projects are completed in the order of the official queue, not by who pays the fastest.
The queue order is set once all slots in a batch are filled and deposits are confirmed.
Your estimated completion time is based on your position in the queue.
Requests to “skip the queue” or be moved ahead are not accepted. We do not offer a rush fee.
If a client becomes unresponsive for over 14 days, their project may be moved to the end of the queue. If silence continues, the commission may be cancelled without refund beyond work not yet completed.
Minor delays in earlier projects may influence following projects. We will communicate openly about changes in the queue timeline.
5. Design Changes
Small adjustments before building starts are generally fine.
Larger changes (color shifts, added parts, redesigns) may require extra payment or extend the project timeline.
Removing parts after work has begun may not lead to refunds, as materials and labor may already be used.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
If the client cancels:
Before work starts:
Only the deposit is non-refundable, any other payments will be returned.
After work starts:
Refund amounts depend on the amount of work completed.
We may keep or repurpose unfinished parts.
If we cancel:
You will receive a full refund, including the deposit, unless both sides agree on a different solution.
7. Timeline
We provide an estimated completion time for your project. This is only an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline.
Delays may occur due to illness, material shortages, shipping delays, or any other unexpected events. We will keep you updated if anything occurs.
8. Materials & Rights
Materials bought for your commission belong to us, even in case of cancellation.
You keep the rights to your character design.
The finished item remains our property until full payment is received.
By default we may use photos or videos of your finished costume for our portfolio or promotional work. (Of course you can always ask us for privacy!)

9. Progress Updates
We share updates at key building stages.
If feedback is required, please reply within 5 days. If no reply is received, we continue based on our best judgment.
10. Warranty & Repairs

11. Shipping
Shipping costs and customs fees are paid by the client.
We always include insurance in shipping costs unless the carrier of your choice does not offer it.
Once the package is handed to the courier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage.
12. Measurements & Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for giving accurate measurements and clear reference images.
We are not responsible for fit issues caused by incorrect measurements.

13. Age Requirement
You must be 18 or older to commission us. If you are a minor, ask for your parent or guardian’s assistance. We will not consciously trade with underage clients.
14. Communication & Behavior
Respectful communication is required.
Harassment, threats, or any form of impolite behavior may result in cancellation of the commission with partial refund (depending on stage of work).

16. Updates to Terms
These Terms may change between batches.
The version active at the time of booking applies to your commission.
